The possibilities are endless
Compost toilets are waterless toilets without chemicals. They are stench free! This is due to the built-in ventilation. Poo and pee are separated. Stool is dried so that no unpleasant odors remain. The benefits are great. Just think of the fact that it’s good for our environment or that they can be used almost anywhere!
What is a dry toilet?
These dry toilets can be placed anywhere in the attic, but also in horticulture or cottage and certainly Tiny house. No sewerage and no water connection required. In addition, they are pleasant to use, including the blue door, no privacy in toilets and sweetened with built-in ventilation.
The Separett or Clivus Multrum dry or compost toilets do not require a sewerage system and no water connection. These toilets can be placed in any natural forest – dunes – etc. We solve everything. For visitors to a nature reserve, it is a welcome toilet facility in the middle of nature. This is of course very good for the environment.
Rainwater treatment
You can collect almost 27,000 L of rainwater from a Tiny house roof approx. 30 m2! Enough for 2 people. We collect that pre-treated rainwater in a large column or a tank approx. 3000 L under the Tiny (cool and dark)
Then we purify it in 4 phases so that it is even legionella free and can be used for a shower, washing machine and dishes. For drinking water, a UV lamp must be added. But that way you have your own water!
Solar panels
Ecosave offers high performance solar panels and batteries for Tiny House.
The Tiny House, on the right in the photo, the roof slope is ‘wrong’ – north, so the panels had to be different. We prefer to put the solar panels on the roof in line with the roof, with a good slope> 25-35% preferably South.
With our high performance solar panels, 1 panel can generate 500 kWh per year, so we recommend only 4 pcs. on = 2000 kWh for 1 person or 6 units for 2 persons and you then have about 3,000 kWh per year!
With our SMA inverters and Lithium batteries you are guaranteed of power.
Tiny houses and heating
We have 2 options, – solar heat through a solar collector and boiler and – a wood stove that you can also cook on. possibly you can even make a combination. From April 1 to September 1, you have enough hot water from the sun. during the rest of the period you like to turn on the small heater for warmth.
With our products in the Tiny, you don’t need a water connection, no electricity connection, no sewer connection. You can produce and take care of everything yourself, it makes you completely independent. This means that you could also stand anywhere, if the municipality gives permission for this very natural form of living. It is also very beneficial for the municipality, because it does not have to build infrastructure and if there are new plans later on; Tiny houses are mobile and you can always move to the next nice place.

Wastewater treatment
With a Tiny, you only need a Tiny IBA 🙂 as in the picture for 1 person. We collect everything and purify in 4 phases, greases and soaps are collected, then aeration, then sedimentation and finally mineral filter. Small, compact and almost without energy, the waste water flows through the tank.
